I hear this many times that people don’t think they are worth it. There are ultimately two areas that determine a successful community builder, competency and hunger. Any time a community grows it’s because of these two indicators. The Team system has a unique apprenticeship program that gives everyone the opportunity to become competent. It comes from the CD’s, seminars, and a mentor who models the right behavior. You however must supply the hunger. With competency and hunger, you will learn how to execute ten levels in depth followed by the ability to build five on the side.
